Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Katya Evans #7765 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast short effort with strong speed-zone count Katya covered 0.30 km in 2:19, averaging 7:52 min/km. She recorded 6 On Speed Zone passes, a notable stat for such a short effort, showing quick engagement from the start. In a field of 5,624, she placed 218th in the Female 3640 division. This was part of Run The Wharfs evening Canary Wharf setup, known for its closed-road city-centre atmosphere. For a short-format effort like this, the key next step is sustaining that speed across a longer distance while keeping the pace controlled. The 6 speed-zone passes stand out most here and suggest good turnover over the 300-metre segment.
