Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Sebastian Rokeberg #95 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Swift finish with standout overall placing Sebastian covered 0.30 km in 1:16, averaging 4:17/km. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 513th overall, 311th among men, and 68th in the mens 3135 division. That puts him in roughly the top 9% overall, a notable stat in a large field. This was a very short effort, so the key marker here is speed: 4:17/km over 0.30 km. In a fast evening event through Canary Wharf, that shows strong early pace and good turnover. For future similar efforts, the next step would be holding that speed across a longer measured distance to give a fuller picture of endurance alongside pace.
