Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ben Brace #7935 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick burst with strong relative placing Ben covered 0.30 km in 1:22, averaging 4:38/km. He also passed 53 runners in the On Speed Zone, a notable gain over a very short effort. Against 5,624 participants, he finished 846th overall, 546th among men, and 164th in the mens 2630 division. This was a compact, high-speed segment, so the key stat is how efficiently he moved through the field. A 4:38/km pace over 0.30 km shows good speed for a short burst. For future similar efforts, maintaining that same pace while extending it slightly farther would be a useful next target.
