Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Akmal Chunara #6308 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp speed through the zone Akmal covered 0.30 km in 1:34, averaging 5:20/km. He passed 61 runners in the On Speed Zone, a notable stat over such a short effort. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 1,685th overall, 1,062nd among men, and 202nd in the Male 3135 division. This was a brief, fast segment in the Run The Wharf setting, where the closed-road evening 5K is built for quick running through Canary Wharf. The strongest takeaway is his ability to move past a high number of runners relative to the distance covered. For next time, holding that same speed slightly longer would be the clearest way to build on this result.
