Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Ryan Hoover #4497 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick effort with strong pace over a short distance Ryan covered 0.30 km in 2:03, averaging 6:56 min/km. That is a sharp effort for a very short segment, with pace holding consistently across the recorded distance. He placed 245th in the male 3640 division and finished ahead of a substantial portion of the 5,624 participants overall. This was part of Run The Wharfs Canary Wharf night-running setting, known for its fast closed-road atmosphere. For future efforts, the main opportunity is simply extending this pace across a longer recorded distance to give a fuller picture of endurance alongside speed.
