Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Cheski Morrissey #4183 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Front-of-pack speed over a short effort Cheski covered 0.30 km in 1:27, averaging 4:54/km. She passed 14 runners during the effort, a strong sign of good acceleration and finishing speed in a very short event segment. She placed 254th of 5624 women and 86th in the Female 2630 division. In a fast, evening city event known for its closed-road 5K atmosphere through Canary Wharf, that short-distance speed stands out. For future efforts like this, maintaining that early turnover across a longer measured segment would be a useful next step.
