Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Chris Perham #5139 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Elite win at exceptional speed Chris covered 0.30 km in 50 seconds, averaging 2:49/km. He was 4th overall out of 5,624 participants and 1st in the Male Elite category, a strong result in a large field. An interesting stat: he passed 8 runners in the On Speed Zone, showing quick acceleration over a very short segment. This was a brief performance snapshot rather than a full-race effort, but the numbers stand out: sub-3:00/km pace and an elite-category win. In an event known for fast evening running through Canary Wharf, he delivered strong speed relative to the field. If this segment is part of a broader race plan, maintaining that sharp turnover deeper into longer sections would be the next useful focus.
