Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Oussama Naji #5446 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Short effort, sharp speed signal Oussama covered 0.30 km in 2:00, averaging 6:46 min/km. He recorded 13 speed-zone passes, which stands out given the brief duration. In a field of 5,624, he placed 275th in the male 1825 division and 1,689th among men. This was part of the Friday Night Lights Canary Wharf event, where the closed-road evening format rewards quick acceleration and efficient pacing. For a short effort like this, the useful next step is sustaining that speed a little longer while keeping pace controlled through the full segment.
