Outstanding Division Victory and Consistent Performance Dan Strang completed the 2026 RUSA Monday Morning Run 5K with a total time of 25:48, achieving an overall pace of 8:19 min/mile. Notably, he claimed 1st place in the M35-39 division while contending with 189 participants. His consistent split improvement from 8:46 min/mile to 7:47 min/mile is commendable. Each mile was completed faster than the last: 8:46, 7:57, and 7:47. Despite changes in pace, Strang demonstrated strong finish with excellent division standing, affirming his racing abilities. Maintaining the energy and focus displayed during these splits will be beneficial for future races.
