A Consistent and Strong Finish Chad Martin delivered a noteworthy performance at the 2025 St. George Marathon, maintaining a consistent pace throughout the race. Starting with a brisk 7:50 min/mile at the first mile, Chad showcased stamina by holding an average pace close to the 8:14 min/mile mark, finishing the marathon in 3:36:02. His most impressive split was at mile 6, where he hit a pace of 7:32 min/mile. Chad's placement was steady across the race. In the M45-49 division, he finished 70th out of a large field of participants, and his overall position was 951st out of 5188. The split reveal an ability to hold a strong pace and accelerate effectively, particularly noticeable in the final miles. Channeling a bit more focus on intervals in training could slightly quicken those more taxing sections and offer possibilities for future improvements.
