Date: Oct. 2, 2026 Participant: Terence Castelli #7646 Race: 2026 St. George 5K Distance: 3.1 miles

Fast, steady 5K with a sharp finish Terence put together a strong St. George 5K, finishing in 20:26 at 6:35 per mile. The race was built on excellent early control: 6:31 for mile 1, then right back with another 6:31 for mile 2. That kind of steadiness is what sets up a good evening at Worthen Park, and it carried him to 1st in the mens 4049 division. He gave up only a little in mile 3 with a 6:49, then answered with a crisp final 0.1 in 37 seconds, a 6:18 pace, to close with purpose. Sixth overall out of 1002 runners is a terrific showing, and staying 6th overall through every recorded split says a lot about how well he managed the race from start to finish.
