Date: Oct. 2, 2026 Participant: Treyton Holman #7131 Race: 2026 St. George 5K Distance: 3.1 miles

Strong finish and smart pacing in the 5K Treyton put together a sharp, well-controlled 5K at Worthen Park, finishing in 22:10 at 7:09 per mile. The best part was how steady he stayed early, opening with back-to-back 7:16 miles, then turning that patience into a faster third mile in 7:05. That closing push changed the race. He moved from 24th overall through two miles to 17th at the finish, and from 8th to 6th in the mens 2029 division. He even covered the final 0.1 in 36 seconds, a 6:00 pace, which says a lot about the strength he still had late. This was a tidy, confident effort with a really nice lift over the final mile.
