Notably, he maintained a strong position overall, finishing 9th and placing 7th in his gender category among 12,366 participants. In the latter half, Benjamin's pace varied slightly but remained steady, with his final split recording a slowdown to a 10:03 min/mile pace. It's worth noting that despite this deceleration, he completed the course with an overall pace of 8:59 min/mile.
