Notably, Case had a remarkable ninth-mile split, clocking in at 6:46 and moving up significantly to 24th overall, showcasing the ability to strategically pick up the pace at critical moments. Starting strong with a first-mile pace of 6:50 min/mile, Case demonstrated early speed, placing 50th overall.
