Consistent Speed with Late Surge Pays Dividends Elise Ngo demonstrated strong performance metrics in the 2026 Surf City Half Marathon. Throughout the 13.1-mile course, Elise maintained a remarkable even pace, ending with an impressive final time of 1:32:40 at a pace of 7:04 min/mile. A particularly noteworthy split was achieved in mile 9 with a 4:32 pace, indicating a burst of speed and excellent pacing strategy. Especially commendable was her improvement in division placing, finishing 7th in the F30-34 age group, among a competitive field.
