Impressive Division Finish with Strategic Start Richie's performance at the 2026 Surf City 5K shows strength, particularly in the M15-19 division where he placed 9th. Starting off with a remarkable first mile at 5:15, he held a commanding lead in his division. His initial split time placed him 6th overall and in gender, demonstrating explosive speed early in the race. The subsequent miles saw a strategic shift, moving to a 7:10 pace for the second mile and finishing the third mile at 8:20.
