Consistent Performance Witnessed through Detailed Splits Ellie LaNou sustained a commendable performance throughout the 2026 Surf City Marathon. Noteworthy is her controlled and steady pace, starting with an 8:10 min/mile pace and progressively quickening to an impressive 7:21 min/mile at mile 16. Her consistency is further highlighted by maintaining a sub-8:00 min/mile pace for most of the race, culminating in an overall pace of 7:41 min/mile over 26.2 miles. Ellie finished the marathon with an official time of 3:21:29, placing her 138th overall out of 2,517 participants.
