Consistent, Yet Improvement-Worthy Performance in Half Marathon Cameron Hejazi-Far delivered a steady performance throughout the 2026 Runtastic TIMP Half Marathon. Starting with a strong initial split pace of 10:50 min/mile, Cameron managed to maintain a consistent rhythm with slight increases in elapsed pace through the earlier stages of the race. His pace peaked around the midpoint, gradually shifting up to 12:21 min/mile at mile 10, and finished with an overall average pace of 12:30 min/mile over the 13.1-mile course. Notably, Cameron maintained a fairly consistent division placement, ending at 56th in the M35-39 Division. To further optimize performance, focusing on reducing pace variations, especially in the latter miles, could be beneficial. Despite slight variations in splits, a more consistent pacing strategy might contribute to minimizing fatigue over time and improving overall time.
