Commanding Performance in Runtastic TIMP Half Marathon Ryan Barrus had an outstanding performance at the 2026 Runtastic TIMP Half Marathon. He maintained a consistent and impressive average pace of 5:17 minutes per mile over the 13.1-mile course, finishing with an official time of 1:09:15. Ryan took the lead at the very first mile and impressively regained first position after a brief placement of second. He consistently ranked first overall, first in the male division, and first in his age group. Ryan's pace was particularly strong from miles 5 to 6, where he posted a swift 4:54 and 4:49 minutes per mile, respectively. This speed contributed to his commanding presence in the race. Later miles showed a slight slowing trend, exceeding 5:30 minutes per mile in some splits. For future races, maintaining the mid-course pace might aid in keeping a consistent rhythm through to the end. Congratulations on a stellar performance!
