Consistent Stride Leads to Division Win Maria Ralph of Sandy, UT, showcased consistency in her performance at the 2026 Runtastic TIMP 10K. Maintaining a steady pace from the outset, she clocked a remarkable first mile at 7:40. Holding this pace well through the initial miles, she completed the first half of the race without deviation in her splits, only varying slightly in the third and fourth miles with times of 7:42 and 7:45, respectively. Her splits reveal a moderate drop in pace in the final miles, with an 8:09 pace in the fifth mile. However, she regained some ground in the last mile. Ultimately, she secured first place in the F35-39 division, finishing with a total time of 48:19. Her average pace for the event was 7:47 per mile. Maintaining pacing strategy throughout future races will help to sustain her division-leading performance.
