Consistent Performance in the 5K Stacie Ramos from Highland, UT, completed the 2026 Runtastic TIMP 5K as part of Beyo's Bunch with a total time of 54:46, maintaining an average pace of 17:40 min/mile. Her final placement in her age division of F50-54 was 11th out of the total participants, showing remarkable consistency throughout the race. Her splits illustrate a consistent performance with slight fluctuations in pace: the first mile was completed in 17:26, the second in 18:05, and the third in 17:57. These consistent paces demonstrate good pacing strategy, although a minor slowdown was observed in the second mile. Well done maintaining speed in the final mile to finish strong. For future races, focusing on maintaining the strong initial pace through the middle mile might lead to improved results. Keep up the great work!
