Strong Start, Consistent Finish Andrew Masterson delivered a commendable performance at the 2026 Runtastic TIMP 5K. In a competitive field of 596 participants, Andrew claimed the top spot in the M30-34 division. His splits showed consistency, opening with an impressive 5:53 for the first mile, positioning him in 4th overall. While there was a slight drop in pace after the first mile, Andrew maintained a strong rhythm with split times of 6:40 and 6:37 in subsequent miles. He lost three positions in the overall ranking by the end but remained the leader in his division. Focusing on maintaining the initial pace over the entire course could enhance future performances.
