Consistent Performance with Division Triumph Christi Rainwater ran an impressive race at the 2026 Runtastic TIMP 5K, securing a first-place finish in her F40-44 division. She maintained a strong pace throughout the race with an overall elapsed pace of 7:18 min/mile. Out of 596 participants, Christi placed 20th overall and 5th among female competitors. Her initial mile pace was exceptionally strong at 6:59 min/mile, which contributed to her division lead from start to finish. Her split times showed a steady progression with minor variations, displaying discipline and consistency. The first mile set the tone, followed by a slight increase to 7:14 min/mile in the second mile. Though the third mile pace slightly decreased to 7:48 min/mile, Christi's early speed secured her division victory.
