Consistent Performance with a Strong Start Ricardo Mondragon demonstrated a solid and consistent performance at the 2026 Runtastic TIMP 10K event, achieving a total time of 46:54 with an average pace of 7:33 min/mile. Starting strong, Ricardo secured first place in the M50-54 division through the first four miles, maintaining an impressive pace between 7:24 to 7:36 min/mile. However, there was a slight slowdown at mile 5, clocking in at 8:14 min/mile, which saw him shift to second place in his division by the end of the race. Despite this, Ricardo still finished with a respectable overall ranking, securing 17th out of 395 participants. His earlier splits contributed significantly to his overall performance, highlighting his ability to maintain a strong pace over the first half of the race. Encouragingly, steady training on speed endurance could help improve performance in later splits.
