Consistent Effort with Room for Strategic Adjustments Christine Lloyd participated in the 2026 Runtastic TIMP 5K race, delivering a performance with a total elapsed time of 57:17. Her average pace was 18:28 min/mile. She consistently maintained her pace throughout the race, starting with an 18:01 min/mile in the first mile, slightly decelerating to 18:16 min/mile by the second mile, and finishing with a 19:04 min/mile in the final mile. While her placement in the F40-44 division was steady at 27th position, there's potential to enhance her race strategy. One area for constructive focus could be on maintaining a more consistent pace, especially in the latter parts of the race. The slight deceleration noted in her splits presents an opportunity for targeted training. Being part of the "Runnin' for Vicki" team, leveraging group dynamics and shared training techniques might provide her with the edge to optimize pacing and race performance in future events.
