Consistent Pace with Opportunities for Speed Improvement Andrew Lloyd participated in the 2026 Runtastic TIMP 5K with a final time of 57:18, running for the Runnin' for Vicki team. He maintained a steady pace throughout the race, averaging 18:29 min/mile. His first mile was his fastest at 17:57 min/mile, but a slight gradual slowing was noted through miles two (18:34 min/mile) and three (19:08 min/mile). Andrew secured strong standing within his division, placing 23rd within the M30-34 groups. In terms of total participants, he finished 458th overall. Tightening his pace consistency in the last two miles could effectively reduce his overall time. Engaging in speedwork might help enhance endurance throughout longer stretches. With these minor adjustments, Andrew has the potential to refine his time further in future races.
