Consistent Performance Despite Late Slowdown Kody Ladue delivered a strong performance at the 2026 Runtastic TIMP Half Marathon, completing the 13.1-mile distance in 1:23:39. Starting swiftly, Kody clocked an impressive 5:53 for the first mile, placing him first in the M30-34 division all the way until just past the third mile. His pace remained steady through mid-race, averaging around 6:02 to 6:03 min/mile between miles five and seven. As the race progressed, Kody encountered a gentle slowdown, particularly visible in the last few miles. By mile 12, his split pace reached 7:04, indicating some fatigue. Despite this, he maintained a competitive overall placement, finishing in the top 2% of all participants and maintaining a solid sixth-place finish in his age division. Focusing on endurance for the latter part of the race could further strengthen his already commendable performance. Congratulations on a robust effort!
