Strong and Progressive Race Performance Benjamin Nichols delivered an impressive race at the 2026 Runtastic TIMP 10K in Salt Lake City. He consistently improved his position and performance across the splits, starting with an 8:08 min/mile and effectively reducing his pace to 7:27 min/mile by mile 6, culminating in an overall pace of 7:22 min/mile. Notably, Benjamin moved from 21st to 12th place overall and achieved 3rd in his division, showcasing steady progress throughout the race. His strategic execution is commendable, particularly in the second mile where he clocked a 7:14 min/mile, significantly enhancing his race standing. Despite a slower split in mile 5 at 7:39 min/mile, his subsequent push at mile 6 with a pace of 7:11 min/mile indicates strong resilience.
