Throughout the race, Kevin demonstrated consistent pacing, starting with a strong mile at an 8:41 pace and successfully pushing through to finish with a notable final split at 9:41. Mid-race, Kevin managed to maintain efficient pacing, particularly between miles 15 and 18, with split times ranging from 8:59 to 8:53. As a coach, I would suggest focusing on maintaining further pace consistency during miles 19 through 26, which saw some slight deceleration, to sustain momentum and improve overall performance results.
