Consistent Performance with Strong Finishing Splits The Probation & Parole team delivered a solid performance at the 2026 Casper Marathon Relay, completing the 26.2-mile distance with an elapsed time of 4:24:51 and an overall pace of 10:06 min/mile. Throughout the race, the team consistently showcased steady pacing across multiple splits, maintaining a top-three position in their division. Noteworthy splits include mile 23 with an impressive time of 7:32 min/mile and mile 25 at 7:40 min/mile, where they maintained a consistent hold on 3rd place overall, in gender, and in their division. Analyzing pacing, the early miles saw a mixture of paces, with a peak efficiency displayed in mile 11 at 9:00 min/mile. The team might explore maintaining a slightly steadier pace throughout to avoid the slower splits, such as miles 19 and 20, recorded at 13:50 min/mile and 12:52 min/mile, respectively.
