Consistent Race Execution with Strong Mid-Race Pace Milan Gary exhibited commendable pacing throughout the 2026 M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon. Executing a steady performance, her splits reflect a controlled progression, particularly between miles 2 and 16, where she consistently maintained a sub-8:00 min/mile pace. The fastest mile, recorded at a 7:30 min/mile pace, was seen twice at miles 13 and 15, highlighting a period of strong energy conservation and strategic acceleration. Ending with a total time of 3:27:17, Milan maintained an average pace of 7:54 min/mile.
