Notably, his fastest mile was at mile 9 with a pace of 7:57 min/mile. He initially dropped his pace at mile 7, registering an 8:40 min/mile but effectively managed to stabilize it shortly afterward. Commendably, his performance improved between miles 9 to 13, demonstrating speed consistency, capturing a split pace of 8:11 min/mile on three occasions. Placement metrics show Stephen consistently hovering in the top 25% of his division, finishing 62nd in the M30-34 category out of 1834 participants. He excelled at mile 16, momentarily propelling himself to 34th place within his division.
