Consistent Determination and Strong Finish Despite Challenges Brandon Schwartz showcased determination in the 2026 M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon, completing the 26.2-mile race with an overall time of 4:45:08 and an average pace of 10:52 min/mile. He maintained consistency during the initial miles, with split paces ranging from 10:25 to 9:10 min/mile, especially hitting a strong pace at mile 9 with 9:10 min/mile. His strongest division ranking was at mile 16, placing 51st in M35-39, indicating a peak in performance during that phase of the race. Although there were slower split times towards the latter half, particularly mile 19 and 23 with 19:21 and 18:26 min/mile, Brandon concluded with a strong pace of 9:13 min/mile at mile 26, illustrating resilience and a capacity to finish robustly.
