Maintained Strong Pace Despite Late Slowdown Haider Hamoudi represented Cincinnati well in the 2026 M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon, showing commendable consistency throughout most of the course. His early splits demonstrated promising pacing, with his fastest split recorded at mile 3 with a pace of 8:28 min/mile. He maintained a series of sub 8:30 min/mile paces through the halfway point, marking a disciplined effort in pacing and control. Notably, Haider achieved substantial improvement during mile 9, clocking in at 8:09 min/mile, and held firm standing in his age division for much of the race. Towards the latter part of the race, specifically from mile 20 onward, there was a notable slowing down, with his slowest split at mile 25, timing in at 10:23 min/mile.
