Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Lindsey Power maintained a solid performance throughout the 2026 M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon. Starting with a consistent pace, her splits early in the race hovered around 8:40 to 8:42 min/mile, reflecting a stable rhythm over the initial miles. Notably, she improved from her 542nd overall position after the first mile to 322nd by the second mile, which she sustained well through the third mile. Her split times consistently ranged from 8:41 to 8:44 min/mile, setting a reliable pace. In the latter stages, Lindsey showed remarkable improvement. Her finishing splits quickened significantly, dropping to 7:52 min/mile at mile 24. Her final two miles were standout efforts with times of 7:58 and 7:37 min/mile, respectively, culminating in a total time of 3:43:39.
