Consistent Mid-Pack Performance, Slight Slowdown Adelle ran the 2026 M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon with an overall consistent pace. She maintained an average pace of 8:18 per mile, and her overall time was 3:37:28. Her steady pacing during the first half of the race, particularly miles 2 to 5 where she consistently paced between 7:58 and 8:01 per mile, showed disciplined speed control. In the second half, her splits began to slightly slow, notably from miles 23 to 25 with split paces over 8:35. Despite this, she achieved a commendable position within her age group, finishing with a 20th place ranking in the F16-24 division out of a total of 1834 participants. Focusing on maintaining the early race momentum throughout could yield even more impressive results next time. Keep building on this solid foundation!
