Pacing Consistency and Strategic Placement Jack Monnes displayed impressive pacing dynamics in the 2026 M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon. Jacks early splits indicated a strong pace, starting with a 7:45 min/mile, showing promising consistency through the first half, with a steady improvement peaking at a 7:14 min/mile at mile 9.
