Strong Start, Consistent Effort, and Solid Finish The CRABRANGOONERS achieved remarkable consistency, covering the 26.2-mile relay course at an average pace of 6:40 min/mile. Their performance highlighted a strong start with an impressive initial mile split of 6:14 min/mile. They held a strong position early on, ranking 3rd overall initially and improving to 2nd overall for a significant portion of the race. Notable mile splits such as 6:07 min/mile at the 9-mile mark and a steady 6:08 min/mile at the halfway point underscored their front half effort. In the latter stages, the team maintained a commendable position, finishing 2nd in gender and division categories. Although the pace decelerated slightly, with the slowest split recorded at 7:25 min/mile during the 20th mile, finishing with a final time of 2:54:54 was impressive. Focusing on maintaining the early race pace throughout the later miles could yield even greater future success. Well done to the CRABRANGOONERS for a standout relay race.
