Consistent Pace with Strong Start and Finish Andrew maintained a steady pace throughout the race, averaging an 8:23 min/mile over the entire marathon. Notably, the early miles were particularly impressive, with the fastest split occurring at mile 9 at 7:40 min/mile, demonstrating his capability for speed. Miles 1 to 4 presented a strong opening, with all splits under or around 8:07 min/mile. Once reaching the latter stages, the pace slowed slightly from miles 20 to 23, where splits surpassed the 9-minute mark. However, Andrew managed to conclude with a solid 7:59 min/mile at mile 26, showing resilience and stamina. Overall, his performance was consistent, placing him 50th in his division.
