Consistent Start, Challenging Finish Dale Lavarnway maintained a strong and consistent pace during the first half of the 2026 M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon. Through the first 10 kilometers, Dale's pace hovered around 7:50 min/mile, showing a disciplined race strategy. Placement in the Male 16-24 Division ranged from 33rd to 37th, indicating a solid performance against peers in the early stages. In the later miles, there was a noticeable slowdown.
