Consistent and Strategic Performance Kristin maintained a steady pace throughout the marathon with her overall time coming in at 4:58:05, averaging 11:22 per mile. A notable achievement is Kristin's consistent pacing, rarely deviating from her average pace across the marathon. The most impressive split was in mile 25, clocking at 11:06, her fastest mile, which indicates a strong finish despite the long distance covered. She ranked 12th in the F55-59 division, placing 468th in her gender category and 1222nd overall among 1834 participants. Kristin's performance saw an improvement in ranks around the mid-point of the race, as shown by her leap from 862nd to 1311th between miles 16 to 17. For future races, slight focus on maintaining speed around mile 5 and alongside slight adjustments in speed towards the end could refine efficiency even further. Great effort and fantastic perseverance were demonstrated throughout the race.
