Partly cloudy Course: Beautiful views of Cable Mountain as runners entered the finish. Steady uphill with a few big climbs, with a net elevation gain of nearly 500 feet.

An Impressive Sprint Finish Joan Kramer, at the age of 69, delivered a remarkable performance at the 2026 Vacation Races | Glacier Half. Representing Prince George, VA, she showcased her stamina across all 13.1 miles. Her total elapsed time was 2:45:42, with an overall pace of 12:38 min/mile, landing her an impressive 5th place in her division (F65-69), out of 1505 total participants. Early pacing was consistent, with notable improvements in the latter half.
