Partly cloudy Course: Beautiful views of Cable Mountain as runners entered the finish. Steady uphill with a few big climbs, with a net elevation gain of nearly 500 feet.

Steady Pacing and a Strong Finish Sharon Correia from Chester, VA, delivered a performance marked by consistent pacing and an impressive finish during the 2026 Vacation Races Glacier Half Marathon. Her total time was 3:37:58, maintaining an overall pace of 16:38 min/mile over the 13.1-mile distance. Sharon finished strongly, improving her pace in the latter stages of the race. Her splits indicate a notable final push, clocking in two consistent 14:16 min/mile paces for the last two miles. Sharon began with a steady pace of 14:18 min/mile in the first mile. Although she faced some challenges around mile 3, with a split time of 20:48, she regained her rhythm towards the end of the race.
