Partly cloudy Course: Beautiful views of Cable Mountain as runners entered the finish. Steady uphill with a few big climbs, with a net elevation gain of nearly 500 feet.

Anne's Impressive Consistency and Resilience Anne from Round Rock, TX, completed the 2026 Vacation Races | Glacier Half in a commendable time of 2:52:37, covering 13.1 miles with an average pace of 13:10 min/mile. Among 1,505 participants, Anne found herself 757th overall, and placed 83rd in her division of F25-29. An impressive feat on its own! Her race splits reveal fascinating insights. Starting strong with a 13:30 min/mile pace, Anne gradually varied her pace but showed remarkable resilience. She faced a challenging fifth mile with a slower pace of 21:22, dropping her position. Nevertheless, Anne bounced back significantly with a 9:57 min/mile at mile 8, demonstrating exceptional pacing strategy and a determined mindset. What sticks out most, though, is her steady pace in the final mile, clocking in at 11:10. Anne showcased a strong finish, which shows her grit and a capacity to push through when it matters.
