Partly cloudy Course: Beautiful views of Cable Mountain as runners entered the finish. Steady uphill with a few big climbs, with a net elevation gain of nearly 500 feet.

Steady Comeback and Finishing Strong! Cathie from Plano, TX, demonstrated steady perseverance in the 2026 Vacation Races | Glacier Half with a total time of 3:24:29 over 13.1 miles. Her consistent pacing at an overall 15:36 min/mile is something to celebrate. Her splits show a tenacity to push through, particularly in the later miles. The final mile was wrapped up in 13:57, a nod to digging deep and finishing with vigor. Cathie's strongest segment was between mile 8 and 9 with a pace of 13:29 min/mile; let's try to harness that energy earlier next time. Her placement was 40th within her division (F55-59), holding her own in a race with 1,505 participants.
