Partly cloudy Course: Beautiful views of Cable Mountain as runners entered the finish. Steady uphill with a few big climbs, with a net elevation gain of nearly 500 feet.

Consistent Strides, Flourishing Finish Henry from Hasbrouck Heights, NJ completed the 2026 Vacation Races Glacier Half Marathon with a total time of 3:05:54, averaging a pace of 14:11 min/mile. He held his ground admirably in a field of 1505 participants. The early part of the race saw Henry finding his rhythm with a mile one time of 14:53, and he showed great resolve improving to a pace of 13:18 by mile two. His splits demonstrated persistence with highlights such as a swift 11:39 at mile 6, and a race-ending mile 13 at an impressive 11:04. A steady shift in his positioning was observed throughout, ending the race at 857th overall and 51st in his division. Notably, Henry distinguished himself by reclaiming positions, landing at 857th from an initial 845th overall. While the middle miles took slightly longer, finishing the race strong with better pacing is commendable. A focus on maintaining that upbeat pace could further elevate future performance.
