Consistent Start with a Strong Finish Jennifer Chiou maintained a notably consistent pace at the "2026 Bay to Breakers" 12K race. Starting strong, her first two splits were identical at 13:31 min/mile, showing a steady rhythm. Encountering Hayes Hill between mile 2 and 3, she clocked a split pace of 17:01 min/mile, demonstrating resilience on this steep segment. Despite the difficulty, Jennifer recovered well in the latter miles. Post-Hayes Hill, Jennifer improved remarkably, especially in the final miles with a striking 11:18 min/mile for her sixth mile.
