Consistent Finish Through Tough Sections Allan maintained a solid pace throughout the 2026 Bay to Breakers 12K, showing notable perseverance as he traversed the course, particularly during the steep Hayes Hill section. The first mile was completed with an impressive 15:52 min/mile pace. Splits for miles 2 to 5 showed a gradual slowdown, with paces ranging from 16:41 min/mile to 22:24 min/mile, particularly during and after the uphill sections. His performance improved in the final miles, with a strong finish on mile 7 at a 14:23 min/mile pace, contributing positively to his overall 18:30 min/mile pace for the race.
