Noteworthy is the pace change at the third mile as she faced Hayes Hill, resulting in a split time increase to 23:05 min/mile, which is understandable given the elevation change. In the latter half of the race, Alex completed the fourth and fifth miles with split times of 18:54 and 17:52 min/mile, respectively. This consistency demonstrates endurance, though a pacing adjustment could be beneficial in future races after hill sections.
