Impressive Pacing Improvement Despite Tough Hill Wayne Winslow displayed a remarkable ability to improve his pacing as the race progressed. Starting with a pace of 29:51 min/mile for the first two miles, he faced the challenge of Hayes Hill, where his pace slowed to 32:01 min/mile. Impressively, Wayne then progressively accelerated his pace, reducing it to 23:41 min/mile by the fourth mile and achieving a notable improvement to 17:48 min/mile by the seventh mile.
